Hi everyone!  Welcome to the site for my new venture...3D Printing.
If you would like to shop at my ETSY store, click here... If you would like to visit my next Faire this fall...watch this space.

And now my Facebook page....

I have been creating, making, and selling things using traditional methods for decades.  Some are still available, some updated for 3D printing.
I love 3D printing as it opens up many design options I can now do.
This started in the fall 2025, when I want some decor between Halloween and Christmas.  The light up rings are 'Ring Lamp II with Halloween panels"
from SEVRO at Makerworld(I did some simple ghosts, and modded my panels so power could go thru top and hang by the wire).
For Halloween 2026, my rings will have photos I took of the awesome Disney "Nightmare before Christmas' light up walking exhibition held here in 2025
(Only the second time for the 'tour'). I'll post a location for 2026 when I find out.

So I designed my 6" fall leaf from a picture I did 20 years ago for Christmas cards.  This uses fairy lights that are a little difficult to replace.

Needs design work.  But, it inspired me to an easier way...using LED Tealights which are about half the size so it will look good.  But I had
to get new LED tealights that were brighter.  My first design....the Mini Leaf.  Rix Tealight Toppers was born! Searching the Internet and
Etsy, showed me a large lack of these decor items.  So I decided to fill it.  Time will tell if it works, or I have gifts for a decade.

Here is my primary topper color chart. Other colors will be added as I use them for toppers. My colors

Here are my CURRENT and soon-to-be-released 3D designs for my shop:
Delites Tealight Toppers
If there is interest in larger versions(such as my leaf) I will consider them for next year.

Gilded in Red, White, or Green, with a Gilding.
And a CandyCane striped tree.

A little different. 3 versions:

I tried to make a pointy insert for the dreidel to spin. Didn't work at all. So I later changed it to a flattened curve, and that works. Get the STL file here, or ask for one at ordering or market show.
Pumpkins.
Six faces with attitude(2 per pumpkin), 3 colors with spunk. Oranges/Greens can be of 2 different shades.

Other 3D Printed Items

Others
A special display case I had trouble finding. You'll just have to wait until its ready to see it.
Glowstick Holder
(only. ***GLOWSTICKS NOT INCLUDED***.)
Light up Glowsticks livens ups any party. These batons are used by a local Theater-Zach Scott, as a Christmas show fund raiser.

Having held these up for many years, I decided to make a holder to present them a bit more professionally. Adds flair to any party.
Here are Amazon Link1. and Link 2, or just search for 'foam glowstick'.
Note that length and diameter varies-may need to ask seller.
Holder will take up to ***" in diameter.

Others
A 1/4" Pegboard accessory.

An some important notes:

3D Printing
using deposited plastic.  A tiny nozzle squeezes melted plastic onto a print bed.  Drawing with this, it can create an infinite array of patterns.  Once the nozzle fills in all of the areas on the first layer, it goes on to print the 2nd layer, then the 3rd, etc.  Typically, it take 5 layers to print a single millimeter of the desired object. So these tiny layer lines are always going to be a part of the object, such as the mini-leaf. Occasionally, the nozzle can burp, leaving a tiny pit, or a speck, or even a little fuzz.  This is normal in 3D Printing.  I spend just a little time post-print cleaning the object to create pretty and sometimes very useful decor and tool items.
One can spend a lot of time with filling, sanding, and painting to create something more 'art like' if that quality and expense is desired.  There really is no 'perfect' print.  These are not "art".  If I use a finer resolution, or spend loads of time cleaning, the prints take twice as long and costs more.

So, just pop the Topper onto a tealight and enjoy!

Tealights
These are 'freebies'. No warranty at all!.  I only have Red, White, and Black tealights. I haven't yet found a Green with the crucial flat top(and tallish candle flame). Plans are to make a Green cover(do I hear many other colors available? Maybe.).  I include a random assortment of these colors with orders.

Oh, and since there is now a topper on the tealight, it will need a darker room to enjoy it. I am working on a custom "tea" light that moves the light up into the the topper to make it brighter(esp. Dreidels.).  Stay tuned.

FLAMES:NEVER ever use 3D printed plastic objects near flame!  They will burn and smell!  NEVER leave them in full sun, or hot cars.  They can melt(though some filaments are more immune to heat).  My toppers are strictly to be used with LED tealights only. And when small parts or batteries are involved, NEVER leave around small children.  I only make the decor and tools.  How you use them on you.

DAMAGE:If you drop object and you break object, then you glue object together, then buy a new one.

Batteries and shipping
Each tealight Topper includes a basic tealight, but NO BATTERIES! Supply your own CR2032.  USPS/UPS/etc. packing and shipping is complex.  USPS: Ref USPS1 and USPS2 Ref USPS2 and DOT1 Ref DOT1.   Maybe one day.
Unless, you find me at a market show.  I will then include the CR2032(etc.) coin cell at your request(I should have plenty).  The basic tealights have no warranty at all.  Replace them with your own best version(flat top!).

Thank you for looking.  Rix.

Other Projects:

My dream home...is a quonset.

Display adapter, Pi holder, and Battery holder for my Lynx to pocket media center.

A robot lamp needs new joints. I now have PLA+ tough to use.

A grid alignment for some neat switches I got from the now defunct All Electronics. An LED alignment tool for a stereo vuemeter kit from Silicon Chip magazine. I plan to put them in first.

Revisiting the case for my electronic ornaments after 20 years. Still working on the relay and the LED head. Minecraft ores.

Word Watch version 1...the bug. Word Watch version 2...the bracelet. Word Watch version 3...the slim. This the winner.

Star Trek interface, the tiny power button at the bottom. And yes, the 4 switch wall plate is a 3D print. Dragon is found..artsef on printables. Not everything is better 3D printed. A replacement drive shaft (for a Mr. Christmas Santa House) was too thin, so I used grommets and washers. It was originally made from resin, but fell apart after only 20+ years! Here is a replacement battery(I hacked out the versapak holder) for my Stickbroom blower with a display. Will it survive the current draw?
Regular Holders for 18650 batteries to come. Single and double, a special one to replace Versapak batteries in tools I like.
And a miriad of misc hooks, bins, knobs, shirt buttons, pens, eggs, and adapters. Still pending are several Atari a8 projects. Here is as photo as 3D artwork. I plan to make my own.
